Meet Brooke
Registered Psychotherapist
Hi, I’m Brooke — a wife, mom to two fiery red-headed boys, lifelong psychology enthusiast, and the founder of Thrive Therapy & Wellness.
My passion for mental health began early and has only grown stronger throughout my career. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Over the past decade, I’ve worked in a range of mental health roles that have shaped the grounded, compassionate, and emotionally attuned therapist I am today.
In my work, I support women navigating the many layers of life — from perinatal and postpartum mental health to identity shifts, relationships, anxiety, and the everyday emotional load that can quietly build over time. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), while also integrating CBT and other evidence-based modalities to meet each client where they are. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where you feel seen, supported, and safe to explore your inner world with honesty and gentleness.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll likely find me curled up with a spicy romance novel, building my dream life in The Sims, or being lovingly trailed by my golden retriever — my loyal shadow and biggest fan.
I’d love to connect and support you as you move toward clarity, confidence, and a life that feels more like your own. Let’s start this journey together.
Meet Connor
Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying
Hi, I’m Connor, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University.
My journey into this work began during my undergraduate studies at McMaster University, where I became fascinated by the connections between the mind, brain, and behaviour. Since then, I’ve developed a deep passion for supporting clients in understanding their emotional experiences and building healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating to themselves and others.
I welcome clients with a wide range of concerns and experiences. My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which helps clients explore emotional patterns, deepen self-awareness, and connect with the needs beneath their emotions. I strive to create a space that feels comfortable, collaborative, and approachable, especially for those who may feel nervous about beginning therapy.
Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me binge-watching Gilmore Girls, getting lost in a good book, travelling, listening to music, sipping iced lattes (yes—even in winter), and making friends with every dog I meet.
I am currently accepting new clients and would be honoured to support you as you take this important step in prioritizing your mental health.
*Connor is accepting new clients!
Meet Paige
Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying
Hi, I’m Paige, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University.
My passion for mental health has been shaped by years of hands-on experience and education in the helping field. I went on to work as a Youth Care Worker from 2019–2022 and later as a Mental Health Court Support Worker with the Canadian Mental Health Association. These experiences deeply inform the empathy, curiosity, and care I bring to the therapy room.
I work with youth and adults of all genders, with a particular passion for supporting young adult women navigating major life transitions. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and I integrate DBT, CBT, and attachment-based frameworks to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. I believe strongly in the power of a trusting, authentic therapeutic relationship and strive to create a space that feels warm, friendly, and emotionally safe for every client who walks through the door.
Outside of my professional life, you’ll often find me at a tattoo shop—either getting new work or helping out at Buried Wealth Tattoo Collective—rewatching old concert videos, diving into Netflix series, or spending time with my dog, Bucky (named after The Winter Soldier, of course).
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, identity struggles, or the weight of daily stress, I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll work toward deeper self-awareness, emotional resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.
