Therapy is personal. Your therapist should feel like a good fit.
At Thrive, we know that finding the right therapist is about more than credentials or a list of specialties. It’s about finding someone you feel comfortable talking to — someone whose approach, personality, and way of working feels right for you.
Our therapists bring different experiences, specialties, and perspectives to the room, but we share the same commitment to creating therapy that feels warm, collaborative, and real.

Brooke Green
Registered PsychotherapistYou might be someone who looks like you’re holding it all together — while internally feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or wondering why you keep ending up in the same patterns. I especially love working with women navigating anxiety, motherhood, relationships, self-esteem, trauma, and those seasons of life where you’re not quite sure who you are anymore.
Therapy with me is conversational, collaborative, and real. I draw primarily from Emotion-Focused Therapy and CBT to help you understand what’s happening underneath the surface — not just manage what’s showing up on top. There’s room for deeper emotional work, practical strategies, humour, and probably the occasional swear word.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a wife and mom of two, usually reading a spicy romance novel, working out, or getting far too invested in my latest Sims storyline. I believe you should get to know the human sitting across from you, too.

Registered Psychotherapist QualifyingYou might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or harder on yourself lately. Maybe relationships feel more complicated than you’d like them to, you keep getting caught in patterns you don’t fully understand, or you simply know you haven’t been feeling like yourself. You don’t need to know exactly why you’re struggling before coming to therapy — sometimes figuring that out is part of the work.
My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative, with much of my work grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Together, we’ll slow things down and get curious about what’s happening beneath the surface — the emotions, needs, and patterns that can be difficult to recognize when you’re right in the middle of them. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up as you are, without needing the right words or worrying about being judged.
Outside the therapy room, you can usually find me binge-watching Gilmore Girls, getting lost in a good book, travelling, listening to music, sipping an iced latte (yes, even in the middle of winter), or making friends with every dog I meet.

Registered Psychotherapist QualifyingMaybe you’re in that messy in-between stage of adulthood — trying to figure out who you are, what you want, and where you’re going. Friendships are changing, relationships feel complicated, or you’re questioning your career, confidence, boundaries, or what you actually want your life to look like. You might be comparing yourself to everyone around you and wondering why they seem to have it figured out when you don’t. You’re not supposed to have all the answers.
My approach is warm, genuine, and conversational, grounded primarily in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and attachment-based work. Together, we’ll look beyond what you’re feeling to understand what’s underneath it — where patterns come from, what your emotions may be telling you, and how your experiences have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others. I value the relationship we build just as much as the tools we use.
Outside of therapy, you’ll often find me at a tattoo shop, rewatching old concert videos, diving into a Netflix series, or hanging out with my dog, Bucky (named after The Winter Soldier, of course)

Registered Psychotherapist QualifyingMaybe you’re navigating grief or loss, feeling overwhelmed by life, struggling with your mental health, or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself and what you need. I work with individuals across different ages and stages of life, and I’m especially interested in supporting people through difficult experiences, transitions, and the moments that can leave us feeling unsure of how to move forward.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and person-centred. I draw from evidence-based approaches while tailoring therapy to your individual goals, strengths, and experiences. My background includes specialized education in death, dying, and bereavement, as well as experience in mental health and addiction crisis work and supporting youth in live-in treatment. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can explore what you’re going through at your own pace while working toward meaningful change.
Outside of therapy, you can usually find me training for my next ultra-marathon, sipping a latte at a local coffee shop, rock climbing, travelling, or hiking with my dog, Waffles.
